GENERAL TERMS:
1. Once you have logged into my membership area no
refunds or discounts will be extended.
2. A logo must be placed on your site within 7 days and if it is
not, your membership will be terminated.
3. The graphics found on my site are from memberships
that I have bought or been gifted.
4. Your username and password are not to be shared. If you are
found to be doing this, your membership will be terminated.
5. Payments are to be made through Paypal only.
6. No hot linking allowed as this will also result in
your membership being terminated.
7. Do not share my tubes, outlines, tutorials or graphics in any
share group... i.e. Yahoo, MSN, Google, My Space , Facebook or any other forums.
8. The pixel community is a very small one and if you are found
to have broken any other artists T.O.U. your membership with
my site will be terminated.
9. If you are removed as a member to my site for any reason,
you will not be allowed back.
10. When your membership has expired, you must keep
my logo on your website.
11. If my T.O.U. change during the life of your membership,
you are sill oblidged to abide by them.
LINEART
1. Lineart must not be shared on your site until it has
been colored.
2. Lineart is not to be altered other then the odd pixel.
3. Lineart is not to be tubed unless you have obtained
a tubing license.
4. Once colored, the lineart can be used to make stationeries,
sigtags, adoptions or premades. A link back to my site
http://pixelpassionz.bravehost.com on every page
where you offer my lineart.
5. Resizing of lineart is not allowed under any circumstances.
TUBES
1. Tubes are not to be recolored or altered except for animating.
2. Tubes are not to be shared in any share groups such
as Yahoo, MSN and Google, etc.
3. You can make sigtags, stationeries, websets, etc with my tubes and
credit must be given to me on every page where you offer my tubes.
4. Something other then text must be added to my tubes
before using....please be creative.
TUTORIALS
1. Do not share my tutorials in any share groups. Your result
should be different then mine so be creative.
2. Your result is yours and can be used as you please.
You may tube your tutorial results.
3. Tutorials are not to be created from my lineart.
GRAPHICS/ADOPTIONS
1. Graphics obtained from my site are for your own personal use
and must not be shared or distributed in any share group such a
s Yahoo, MSN, Google, etc.
SIGTAGS
1. Sigtags are for your own person use and they are not to be altered in any way.
2. Sigtags must be linked back to www.pixelpassionz.com
